Pulse generation tool

Runs bart pulse.

Parameters:
  • sinc (bool) – sinc (--sinc)

  • sms (bool) – sms (--sms)

  • rect (bool) – rect (--rect)

  • hypsec (bool) – hypersecant (--hypsec)

  • arb (bool) – arbitrary (OC CEST saturation pulse) (--arb)

  • gauss (bool) – gauss (--gauss)

  • dur (float | None) – pulse duration [s] (--dur)

  • fa (float | None) – flip angle [deg] (--fa)

  • bwtp (float | None) – bandwidth time product (--bwtp)

  • mb (int | None) – SMS multi-band factor (--mb)

  • sms_dist (float | None) – center-to-center slice distance between SMS partitions [m] (--sms-dist)

  • slice_th (float | None) – slice thickness [m] (--slice-th)

  • N (int | None) – number of time-steps (default = 1e6 * dur) (--N)

  • **extra (Any) – Further BART flags, passed through by name.
